Who we are

What data we collect
We collect only what you send us through the contact form or by email: your name, company (optional), email address, phone number (optional) and the text of your message.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry. Legal basis: your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
- To keep correspondence about current or future projects. Legal basis: our legitimate interest.
How long we keep it
We delete enquiries that do not lead to cooperation within 24 months of the last contact. Contract data is kept for as long as the law requires.
News subscription
If you subscribe to our news, we keep your email address, your language and the time of your consent until you unsubscribe. We use them only to send news about our company and products. Legal basis: your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time with the form on the News page or by writing to office@stratum.bg.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use tracking, advertising or analytics cookies or tools. Fonts are part of the site and are not loaded from external services. When you follow a link to another site (for example a map or the SmartWEB demo), that site's own rules apply.
Who has access
Staff of Stratum Engineering and of our parent companies Smartsys and Oskar-El can read messages to the extent needed to reply to you. We do not sell data or pass it to third parties for marketing. Our hosting and email providers process data on our instructions.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, object to processing, or withdraw your consent at any time. Write to office@stratum.bg. You also have the right to complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg).
