Control and safety system design
DCS and SCADA systems based on Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider Electric and Westinghouse platforms.
We design DCS and SCADA systems for process plants and critical infrastructure, and safety instrumented systems with TÜV-certified functional safety engineers. Two of the four accredited Safety Instrumented System engineers in Bulgaria work in our team.

Panel manufacturing and FAT
Low-voltage electrical and automation panels built and tested in our own factory near Sofia.
We build low-voltage electrical and automation panels in our own factory near Sofia and test complete systems in a dedicated 430 m² factory acceptance area. We are an engineering partner of Siemens and Schneider Electric for low-voltage electrical systems, and we build our own machines and equipment where those on the market do not fit our needs.

Migration, upgrades and lifecycle support
Control system migration and optimization for Honeywell, Westinghouse, Siemens and Schneider Electric systems.
Control systems outlast their vendors' product cycles. We migrate and upgrade ageing systems and support them afterwards. Recent examples include the WDPF migration at Temelin NPP and the automation migration program at the Salt Lake City refinery.

Commissioning and site support
Start-up on site, followed by maintenance and support contracts.
Our engineers commission and start up plants, then stay on as maintenance and support partners. We support Lukoil sites in Bulgaria and Kazakhstan and the NIS refinery in Pančevo, Serbia.

Our software for process monitoring, in use in several industries for more than six years.
SmartWEB connects to any installed control system and acts as a single data hub between the factory floor and decision-makers. It has been on the market for more than six years, and we keep adding features.

StrAttest
Automated, paperless factory acceptance test documentation for Honeywell Experion systems.
StrAttest runs the test sequence against the Experion controllers and I/O, records every result and gives the end user and the OEM representative one shared view of the test, live. It replaces paper checklists, which are slow and error-prone, and it works for FAT in the factory and for site acceptance tests on site.
- Loop checks of analog and digital inputs and outputs, with step-by-step test procedures on screen
- A tester that injects or measures signals with galvanic isolation; the controller reads the signal and the result is recorded
- Pass or fail instantly, with a timestamped record and trend snapshot for every tag
- Witness sign-off, a discrepancy and action log with owners, live progress for every partner and automatically generated final reports
- Open standards: OPC and Modbus, a Python and Postgres back end, and an HTML5 front end that runs in any web browser
- Coming in version 2: alarm configuration check against the specification, and serial link communication testing
Partners and platforms
We hold a global Master Service Agreement with Honeywell for engineering, support, commissioning and panel building, and work with the leading control and electrical platforms.
From first drawing to long-term support
Every project follows the same seven stages. We can take part in all of them or join at the stage where you need us.
Conceptual design
We work with your team to set basic system requirements, control objectives and strategies, interlock and safety considerations, and the standards for hardware, programming, HMI, alarm management and testing.
Detail design
Hardware, software and HMI are designed to the agreed concept: architecture, I/O, cabinets, cabling, control logic, graphics and alarms, documented and reviewed with you.
Manufacturing
Panels and cabinets are built in our own factory near Sofia, with wire processing, laser cutting and testing equipment on the same site.
Factory acceptance test
The complete system is tested in our dedicated FAT area before it ships, so problems are found in our hall, not on your site.
Commissioning
Our engineers install, check out and start up the system on site and hand it over to your operations team.
Maintenance and support
Support and maintenance, on site and remote, for the whole life of the system.
Optimization
Tuning, upgrades and migration to current technology as the plant and its needs change.
